My ‘weekly smattering’ from my photoblog. The ironic thing about this photo today (“why does it always rain on me?”) is that I am sitting here squinting at my computer screen, trying to see it through all the sun that is streaming in. The other ironic thing is that this seems to happen on the days I work, and today, technically is my day off, but I must go to work. I’m sure it will rain once work is over and I am on my way home again. Pessimistic? Nah…just call ‘em as I see ‘em. Really…you’ve gotta love the rain :)

If strangers meet
life begins-
not poor not rich
(only aware)
kind neither
nor cruel
(only complete)
I not not you
not possible;
only truthful
-truthfully, once
if strangers(who
deep our most are
selves) touch:
forever

My weekly ‘smattering’ from my photoblog in keeping with a promise I made to myself to tumble my Monday images here on my tumblr. Nothin wrong with a little healthy self promotion, right?
I took with one while walking home from work on Saturday with my handy little Canon Powershot. Does this guy look like Tom Cruise or what? *shudders*

if there are any heavens my mother will (all by herself) have
one. It will not be a pansy heaven nor
a fragile heaven of lilies-of-the-valley but
it will be a heaven of blackred roses

my father will be (deep like a rose
tall like a rose)

standing near my

(swaying over her
silent)
with eyes which are really petals and see

nothing with the face of a poet really which
is a flower and not a face with
hands
which whisper
This is my beloved my

(suddenly in sunlight

he will bow,

& the whole garden will bow)
